Holland America Comment Card - 2013:

My sister-friend, Tricia, gifted my sister Karen and I with this cruise. For Karen, this was one she always
wanted. For myself, this was my first cruise. Everyone associated with Holland America from our coordinator,
Lisa, to the crew of the Ms Volendam have been FABulous. As a transgender mariner, I was beyond thrilled.
I was always, Madaam, Maam, Ms Rosaliy. While I have no other cruise experience by which to judge, I must
say that if there is a standard of excellence in treating your guests and your transgender guests in particular,
I should be hard pressed to find any the equal of the Holland America Line.
